We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa payments. On acceptance of your order we will charge the full value of the item plus the delivery charge. Checks and cash are accepted through the DC showroom only.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing an order. If you do not receive notice please contact service@wellbuiltllc.com or 202-299-0597, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at service@wellbuiltllc.com or 202-299-0597. You must do this within 24 hours of placing the order or additional fees may apply. Custom, special and back ordered furniture items are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Well Built will gladly accept returns within 30 days for exchange or refund less shipping fees. Merchandise must be returned accompanied by the original Packing Slip or Store Receipt in its original condition and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for and incur the cost of return, therefore we recommend products are sent by registered delivery methods. Well Built cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit without proof of delivery. Claims received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We take great care in packaging orders but damage can happen during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at service@wellbuiltllc.com or 202-299-0597 and a staff member will assist you. Important: Sale, custom, and special order items are nonreturnable.


All of our products list lead-time and availability - some are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 10-16 weeks. Lead times are based on our design partner’s information, therefore Well Built is not responsible for production or shipping delays. Your satisfaction is of extreme importance and we will work tirelessly to resolve delays in the event they occur.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered into your property. It is vital that before placing your order you measure the width and height of doorways and awkward or restrictive spaces, such as staircases. Standard Delivery is free, which will bring your purchase inside your first door. After your delivery agent has received and inspected your product, an appointment with a three hour window will be made. Please discuss additional services requests with the delivery agent when they call to arrange an appointment. All arrangements for additional delivery services and fees are between you and the agent. We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, but regret that delays sometimes occur that are beyond our control.
